Heading down on 04/07-04/08 does the poker room offer discounts on the rooms? Also wanted to know if not Showboat then what casino would be the best rooms at the best price? Heading down with my GF and she stays in the room and relax while I play poker for hours and hours lol So any help would be great.
Thanks. |

Dtn65, the Showboat does offer a poker room rate but you need to call ahead and request one. They only allow so many and once they are gone, you're left to pay full price.
If you don't get a decent rate at the Showboat, you can call just about any casino and request a poker rate. The only catch is that you must put in the hours (in the poker room) at the hotel you're staying at. If you don't, they can charge you full price for the room. It rarely happens but there is always a possibility. Good Luck! |

Hey Mike T
Do you know what the poker room rate could be like at Showboat, cause where thinking about going to AC in may, probably sunday-thursday. And also they require like 4-5 hours of play each day? Thanks in advance

I really have no clue. As crazy as that sounds, I've never stayed at the Showboat (mainly because I can't cuz I work there) therefor not needing a poker rate. Your best bet is call 1-800-4-REWARDS and ask for Showboat or you could call the poker room and ask for rates.
Good luck. |

| I know it won't help this trip but put $50 or $100 in a penny or nickel slot and you should be able to get free rooms on future trips. |
